The Central American countries and the European Union concluded negotiations for an Association Agreement, during the meeting held in Madrid, Spain. The official announcement will take place on Wednesday, when Madrid hosts the Central American Presidents.The Agreement to Associate included Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama.
